Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the ProspectForge website at prospectforge.us (the "Site") and the services ProspectForge ("we," "our," or "us") offers through it. By using the Site, taking the AI Capability Score, or submitting any form or application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who Can Use ProspectForge

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or our services. If you use ProspectForge on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that company, and "you" includes the company.

Our Services

ProspectForge connects entrepreneurs with AI Implementers: students and early-career professionals who are trained to apply AI to real business problems. Through the Site we also offer the free AI Capability Score and information about our audits and implementation programs.

Paid engagements are covered by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that engagement. Prices shown on the Site are for information and may change; the price that applies is the one in your proposal or agreement.

The AI Capability Score

The AI Capability Score is a free self-assessment. Your score, band, opportunity range and recommended next step are calculated automatically from your answers. They are general estimates for information only and are not professional, financial, legal or investment advice. The dollar ranges are illustrations of possible opportunity, not promises of savings or results.

When you ask for your report, we email it to the address you provide and keep a record of your answers and results, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Applications, Calls and Matching

• Submitting an application, booking a call or sending a message does not guarantee acceptance into a program, a match or a particular outcome.
• We decide whether to accept applications and make matches at our discretion.
• You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe anyone else's rights
• Submit false information or impersonate another person or company
• Send spam or automated submissions through our forms
• Try to access parts of the Site or our systems that are not public
• Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or copy its content with automated tools

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, artwork, animations, logos and the AI Capability Score, belong to ProspectForge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages from the Site for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, modify or redistribute its content without our written permission.

Ownership of work created during an engagement is set out in the agreement for that engagement.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to websites and services run by others. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free, or that any match, assessment or AI implementation will produce a particular result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProspectForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. A separate engagement agreement may set different limits for that engagement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
